Bill is a recently retired Ophthalmology Nurse Consultant after 36 years with the NHS.  Over his career he has worked at Addenbrookes, Moorfields Eye, Bristol Eye, Musgrove Park and Dorchester County hospitals.  Outside of the NHS he has been actively involved in the Ophthalmic forum of the RCN and became vice chair of the International Ophthalmic Nurses Association.

Bill is keen to use his experience to give something back to the NHS in being a hospital governor and is pleased to be representing Dorset.
