The places for 2018 have now been filled, but if you would like a place within the team for 2019, please complete the below application. We will be in touch by the 1st of February 2019,  if you have been successful.

    By submitting this application form you are committing to raise a minimum of £500 for Yeovil Hospital Charity (excluding Gift Aid) by 31 August 2019
  • I agree to raise and send in to Yeovil Hospital Charity the first £300 of my fundraising by 29 June 2019. I understand that failure to do so may result in me being unable to take part in the event.
  • Once your place has been confirmed we require a registration fee payment of £25. If you drop out for any reason your deposit is non-refundable and cannot be rolled over to next year or another event.
  • Yeovil Hospital Charity does not take responsibility for any health issues during your training for Ride London or any incidents that occur on race day. If you have any health concerns prior to, or during, your training please consult with your doctor.
  • Yeovil Hospital Charity reserves the right to refuse an application at its absolute discretion.
  • You must be 18 years or over on the day of the race.
  • You agree to complete an online registration with the event organiser if needed and understand failure to do so by the deadline, may result in your place being lost.
  • If you are unable to participate in the event for any reason, all donated monies collected in support of Yeovil Hospital Charity must be forwarded to the charity or returned to the individual sponsors. Monies already received by the charity will not be refunded.
  • You must contact Yeovil Hospital Charity immediately if you think you are going to be unable to participate.
  • By signing up to Ride London you are consenting to Yeovil Hospital Charity using any images of you in their promotional materials. Please contact us in advance of the event if you are unhappy with this arrangement.
